Professional Achievements and Accomplishments:

Obtaining the membership of Palestine as a non-member observer state in the United Nations, on 29 November 2012.

Heading the Palestinian delegation to the UNESCO, to become a full member state for the 1st time in a UN agency.

Joining the Rome Statute and the ICC, and submitting the request of referral regarding the Israeli settlements to the ICC.

Obtaining a full membership for The State of Palestine at The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL).

Submitting more than 100 applications of accession to join international conventions and treaties.

Obtaining several historic resolutions in the UN General Assembly and Security Council; the most important of which is raising the Palestinian flag at the UN, May 2012; Security council resolution 2334 of December 2016 on condemning settlement; the resolution condemning the declaration of the US President recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel December 2017; and the General Assembly Protection Resolution issued by the General Assembly in June 2018 to provide protection to the Palestinian people

Heading the Palestinian National team to lead the largest International group within the UN framework (the G77 +China) for 2019.

Raising the level of representation for the State of Palestine in many countries around the world.

Obtaining the recognition of the state of Palestine from 33 countries around the world.

Opening 10 new embassies for the State of Palestine in different continents.

Chairing several joint ministerial committees between the State of Palestine and many countries around the world.

Establishing the department of Public diplomacy within the structure of the Foreign Ministry and all of its applications from Digital diplomacy to cultural and Economic diplomacy.

Establishing the Palestinian International Cooperation Agency (PICA) as a development branch for the Ministry.
